A poor start but a great recovery by the Oil Barons as we defeated Grande Prairie 6-2 last night at the Casman Center. Goalie Tanner Jaillet made some big stops early and the offence kicked into gear midway through the second period to salt away the vicory.
A very balanced offensive output with 6 different goals scorers and 5 players with multiple point games. The MOB have registered 152 shots in the last 3 games while allowing 59 shots against.
Captain Carson Cooper was held off the scoresheet for only the 2nd time in his last 19 games.
